Day 24 of '40 DAYS OF FACING FEARS' (yesterday) - pushing down my people-pleasing tendencies and embracing FOMO

It was the little things yesterday that made me uncomfortable but also made me feel proud of myself for doing them.

Little things like:
- Asking 2 older guys who were talking loudly and looking at me inappropriately at the library while I was doing freelance work to please be a bit quieter (I genuinely felt sensations of discomfort while asking this)
- Telling a guy that I preferred face-to-face conversation and that I didn't like really long text conversations as it distracted me from what I was doing
- Saying "no" to going to further social interactions because I was really tired and needed to go home, relax and get a good night's sleep. This was a big one as I had to balance up FOMO versus getting enough sleep and increasing my chances of making it through the rest of this challenge.

Little things made a big difference yesterday! 😊

Today: HOLI colour fest (even if it might rain...) - committing to doing something when it might rain is also a challenge for me.

Tomorrow: I'm keeping this one a surprise until the day as I'm a bit nervous/excited about it!
