Day 36 of '40 DAYS OF FACING FEARS' (yesterday) - realising that my 'comfort zone' had become bigger and things were not as challenging as they once were

Things that occurred on this day would have been considered 'challenging' on day 1 of this challenge.

Things like:

Giving aerial silks a second try. My arm strength is getting better so I can now hold myself upside-down for longer and do a spider[woman] move :)

 'Spiderwoman' moves ;)

Having a conversation with my manager about my work - it was super positive! This no longer made me nervous leading up to the conversation. I could acknowledge that there were some very human nerves being felt and then go into the conversation from a more objective point of view and with a growth mindset.

Going to pick up my car... a day later as I forgot to go pick it up... Turns out that good ol' Raj had kindly replaced the spindle and my windscreen wipers for free, saving me over $300!! Thanks, Raj! (And, he did sneakily try to ask me out in the conversation we had while I picked up my keys... which I had to circumnavigate around...) Amazing how these things happen!! haha
