  • Ovio Mindfulness One - the perfect solution to introduce mindfulness into your workplace (8 week programme). This programme is designed to enhance communication, self-awareness and engagement.
  • Intentional Working, Technology & Social Media Usage - 1.5 hour and half day workshops working with individuals and teams to craft more mindful ways of working individually and collectively.
  • Healthy Mind, Healthy Life - 30 minute lunchtime and 1.5 hour presentations to introduce neuroscience and mindfulness concepts to your workplace. Highly recommended!
  • Yin Yoga - 45-60 minute gentle, therapeutic yoga classes. Yin yoga postures are gentle postures held between 2-5 minutes per pose allowing deep muscle relaxation.
  • Your Unique Workplace – a tailored approach based on your unique organisational needs.

From experience teaching mindfulness in the corporate environment I've designed four solutions for you and your organisation. 

After each programme you’ll be sent some follow-up resources to work through if you’d like to take things a step further. 

The 3 and 8 week programmes can be completed through live webinar or as an in-house face-to-face session for your team

Your health and wellness investment: $350-$420 + GST for your team. We can work with groups up to 12 people (this is the total amount, not per person). If you'd like a bigger group to complete this workshop, please get in touch. There is no added cost for equipment.

Includes follow-up and custom materials for your organisation.

There might be additional travel costs, depending on where your team is located. 

 

[2] 3 WEEK INTRO TO MINDFULNESS PROGRAMME • 3 x 60 MINUTE CLASSES

3 week programme (3 x 1 hour introduction to mindfulness classes)

Your health and wellness investment: $1050-$1260 + GST for your team. 

We can work with groups up to 12 people (this is the total amount, not per person). If you'd like a bigger group to complete this workshop, please get in touch. There is no added cost for equipment.

[3] 8 WEEK BEST-PRACTICE MINDFULNESS & POSITIVE BEHAVIOUR CHANGE PROGRAMME  • 30-60 MINUTES PER WEEK

8 week programme (1 x 1 hour introduction to mindfulness talk + 7 x 30 minute classes) = most popular
